通过下载、安装或使用 JellyBuddy ("本应用")，您同意受本服务条款的约束。如果您不同意这些条款，请不要使用本应用。
By downloading, installing, or using JellyBuddy ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

JellyBuddy 是一款免费的 AI 驱动游戏化编程学习应用，提供以下功能:
JellyBuddy is a free AI-powered gamified programming learning app that provides the following features:
- 编程语言学习课程 (Python, JavaScript, C++) / Programming language courses (Python, JavaScript, C++)
- 多种互动题型练习 / Multiple interactive question types
- 本地 AI 助手答疑 / Local AI tutor for Q&A
- 游戏化学习激励系统 / Gamified learning motivation system
3. 免费使用 / Free Usage
本应用目前完全免费。未来可能推出可选的应用内购买项目，届时将在应用中明确标示价格。免费功能不会因内购项目的推出而减少。
The App is currently completely free. Optional in-app purchases may be introduced in the future, and prices will be clearly displayed within the App. Free features will not be reduced due to the introduction of in-app purchases.
4. AI 生成内容免责声明 / AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
本应用使用本地运行的 AI 大语言模型来提供学习辅导。请注意:
The App uses locally running AI large language models to provide learning assistance. Please note:
- AI 生成的内容仅供参考和学习之用 / AI-generated content is for reference and learning purposes only
- AI 可能会产生不准确、不完整或过时的回答 / AI may produce inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated responses
- 我们不保证 AI 回答的准确性、完整性或及时性 / We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of AI responses
- 用户不应将 AI 回答作为唯一的学习依据 / Users should not rely on AI responses as their sole learning resource
- 对于编程实践，建议用户参考官方文档和权威资源 / For programming practice, users are advised to consult official documentation and authoritative resources
5. 课程内容 / Course Content
本应用提供的编程课程和练习题由开发团队原创编写。课程内容:
The programming courses and exercises provided by the App are originally written by the development team. Course content:
- 仅供教育和学习目的使用 / Is for educational and learning purposes only
- 不构成专业编程培训或职业认证 / Does not constitute professional programming training or career certification
- 可能随版本更新而调整或修改 / May be adjusted or modified with version updates
- 可能包含简化或概括性的解释以适应学习目的 / May contain simplified or generalized explanations for learning purposes
6. 开源模型使用 / Open-Source Model Usage
本应用使用的 AI 模型来自公开的开源项目。这些模型:
The AI models used by the App come from public open-source projects. These models:

- 由第三方开发和维护 / Are developed and maintained by third parties

- 不将 AI 生成的代码直接用于生产环境而不进行验证 / Not use AI-generated code directly in production environments without verification
- 不试图逆向工程、反编译或以其他方式尝试获取本应用的源代码 / Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise try to obtain the source code of the App
- 不将本应用用于任何非法目的 / Not use the App for any illegal purposes
8. 知识产权 / Intellectual Property
- 本应用的设计、代码、课程内容和品牌标识受知识产权法保护 / The App's design, code, course content, and brand identity are protected by intellectual property laws
- 用户在使用本应用过程中创建的代码和笔记归用户所有 / Code and notes created by users while using the App belong to the users
- AI 模型的知识产权归其各自的开发者和许可方所有 / The intellectual property of AI models belongs to their respective developers and licensors
9. 责任限制 / Limitation of Liability
在法律允许的最大范围内:
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- 本应用按"现状"提供，不附带任何明示或暗示的保证 / The App is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties
- 我们不保证本应用将始终可用、无中断或无错误 / We do not warrant that the App will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free
- 我们不对因使用本应用而导致的任何直接、间接、偶然、特殊或后果性损害承担责任 / We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the App
- 我们不对 AI 生成内容的任何错误或遗漏承担责任 / We are not liable for any errors or omissions in AI-generated content
- 我们不对用户依赖本应用内容做出的任何决定承担责任 / We are not liable for any decisions made by users based on the App's content
10. 隐私 / Privacy
请参阅我们的隐私政策了解我们如何处理您的数据。简而言之: 我们不收集任何数据。
Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information on how we handle your data. In short: we do not collect any data.
11. 条款修改 / Modifications to Terms
我们保留随时修改本服务条款的权利。修改后的条款将在应用更新时通知用户。继续使用本应用即表示您接受修改后的条款。
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Modified terms will be communicated to users through app updates. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
12. 终止 / Termination
您可以随时通过卸载本应用来终止对服务的使用。卸载后，所有存储在您设备上的本地数据将被删除。
You may terminate your use of the service at any time by uninstalling the App. Upon uninstallation, all local data stored on your device will be deleted.
13. 适用法律 / Governing Law
本服务条款受中华人民共和国法律管辖并按其解释。对于中国境外的用户，如当地法律与本条款存在冲突，以当地法律为准。
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China. For users outside of China, if local laws conflict with these terms, local laws shall prevail.
