JellyBuddy ("the App") is an AI-powered gamified programming learning application. We take your privacy seriously. This Privacy Policy explains how the App handles your data.

• Learning progress and scores
• Experience points, hearts, streak counts, and other gamification data
• Achievements and badges

User Accounts

This App does not require user registration or login of any kind. There is no user account system and no cloud sync functionality.

AI Models

The AI large language models used by this App run entirely on your local device:

• AI inference does not require an internet connection
• Your conversations with the AI are never sent to any server
• AI model files are downloaded from public open-source repositories; once downloaded, they run completely offline
• Model download is the only feature that requires an internet connection

Third-Party SDKs

This App does not include any third-party SDKs that collect user data, including but not limited to:

• No advertising SDKs
• No analytics SDKs (such as Google Analytics, Firebase Analytics, etc.)
• No social media SDKs
• No push notification services (except system-level local notifications)
• No crash reporting SDKs

Network Communication

This App uses a network connection only in the following case:

• Initial download of AI model files (from public open-source model repositories)

Beyond this, the App operates entirely offline and does not make any network requests.

Children's Privacy

This App is suitable for users of all ages (4+). Since we do not collect any data, the App naturally complies with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).
